Bespoke Packages.

We do not have set packages for our Managed IT Support. We will sit and discuss what your business needs and wants out of the IT Support.

This includes how many PC’s, Laptops, etc you may have onsite. Whether you have Servers on site and any extras you may want included into the package like Printers, etc.

Our bespoke package builder will help build the package for you and how much it will cost. So depending on what your package includes will determine the price. We work our Managed IT Support like this because it then means you are paying for what you have rather than paying a set price, that may be more that what you need to pay.

Remote and Onsite Support.

All bespoke packages include both remote and onsite support. So you do not have to worry about any extra charges for Onsite Support.

Our Remote Support is done through an online program called TeamViewer. Allowing us to work remotely with ease to fix any issues that arise.

Onsite Support can be used for when you have a number of issues that need fixing, or for any issues that we are not able to fix remotely.

247 Monitoring.

We monitor everything within your package 247. Meaning we will most likely notice an issue before you do and will be able to fix it before you even notice. This minimises the time you have to take out of your day to let us know of the issue.


When we say your package is unlimited, we mean its unlimited! You can call, email or text as many times throughout the month as you need to and there will be no extra charge.

Many other Support Packages elsewhere are not unlimited and you will have to pay extra if you go over a certain amount of hours within the month.

Which is why we offer this unique attribute to our packages, as not everything can be fixed first time and we also can’t control what may go wrong and when it may go wrong.

Report Service.

We also offer a report service within the package, meaning at the end of each month you will receive a report that details everything that has happened across the month.

Working Hours.

While we are business with opening times of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm we understand that some businesses may start their runnings before 9am or after 5pm, this is something you don’t need to worry about!

If you have an issue when you get into work before 9am do not hesitate to give us a call or drop us an email, the same goes for after 5pm, your package is for your business meaning we will be on hand on your working hours, not ours.
